Over the years, Tim has personally coached hundreds of agents through his Leveraged Lead Generation program, and today that coaching lives on through his Lead Generation and ISA Coaches, providing small group and 1 on 1 coaching and training to hundreds of sales professionals each year as well as his Proven Path course on AceableAgent's Professional Development Program.

In 2015, Tim set out to provide a highly-leveraged solution for agents to capture warm, qualified seller leads, and founded Phone Animal. PA has helped hundreds of agents identify and connect with thousands of home sellers all over the country.
